As I promised earlier, this time I will be posting tips on successful playing Adword. After I described earlier about the first step that must be prepared to play along Adwords with the benefit of use PPC Adwords.
To be successful playing Adwords, there are certain tricks to be done, because our goal is to optimize the use of AdWords ads that can achieve benefit from the ads that we install. If not, you can not achieve benefit, but even a loss you will get.
To optimize your Adwords ads, the steps that must be done is.
1. Login prior to your account, use email and password at:
google adwords.
Go to the Campaign Summary, then click Targeted keyword. Targeted keywords will display the ad based on the keywords you want. While the placement Targeted ads will bring based on website you want.
2. After clicking on Targeted keyword, you will go to the Settings page of the first ad. There are options Targeted customers that you must click.
Fields will appear to create a campaign and ad group.
And also a choice of languages to target your customers. Give a name to each Campaign and AdGroup (AdGroup group based on your primary keyword so that easily analyzed).
While for the Language, choose according to your target market, generally is English because the market more.
3. The next target is based on customer location. There are 3 options, namely:
- Country and Territories (to serve ads on a particular State)
- Region and City (for advertising in the cities)
- Customized (for a more specific region)
What I recommend is choose the Country and Territories.
4. Next is a choice which country you want to show the ad. I choose the suggestion countries that speak English only, and then click Add and Continue.
To find out which countries are often looking for a specific keyword, go to google trends.
5. The next step is to make the ad. Enter your ad text here, write your keywords in the ads. When the ad appears, it will bold keyword and ad visible light than the other.
6. Next is the selection keyword. According to the experts, do not enter the keyword to hundreds, or thousands. Google believes that if your ad is clicked many people, the cost of the ad itself will be cheaper. If the number of ads a little, a lot of your ad is clicked, it means that your ad is good. If the number of your ads to many thousands, the number of clicked and keywords not balanced, so that your ad will be seen as ugly, so expensive price. 7. When finished, click Continue, and NEXT. Once finished 1 ad, do not jump to the next stage, but to create ad-2 and-3. The aim is to test the ads are more good results. The difference only in the headline, but it will take a different perception of the audience.
After a week, see the results. And choose the ad that really generate the most clicks. Not impression. Then remove the ads that do not deliver more click.
8. Although the task of creating an ad is finished, but the actual task is not complete until you are here, as published before, you must edit it first. Choose EDIT CAMPAIGN settings, click on the Budget Option then Delivery Method choice, mark on Accelerated. While the choice Network, mark on the content network and content bids only. Do not check Google Serach, because they are not suitable for PPC. In the budget, you can choose your budget per day. For example, if you fill out a daily budget of 10,000, so if the amount exceeds 10,000 must be paid, your ad will not be shown. Remember that this is a very important factor and should really look at you. Do not you lose a set fee for the ad. Use the method of prepayment.
9. Next is the Advanced Option. There are some things you should look.
- Keyword bidding, to determine a standard price of your keywords.
- Ad Scheduling, to determine how many hours your ad is shown. Remember the difference between the day the State.
- Enable Position Preference, this one must be clicked, because we can determine our ad to appear on the position. Make sure that ads appear only on the first page, and not show in addition.
- Ad Serving, no need to change. Because ads that appear at certain times to be more effective than the ads that appear on at all times.
10. For options on the Content Network, choose the appropriate your needs. If your website type of sell, choose the search network. Meanwhile, if your website contains information only, place in the content network.
11. To determine your ad is displayed on what position, mark on enable position preference. Then specify only 1 to 8, because the first page contains only 8 ads.
